Accurate detection and location of air cooling towers

Air cooling towers are a major source of propagation of legionella bacteria that is responsible for the legionnaire’s disease or legionellosis, a respiratory infection that may entail severe pneumopathy.

To deal with legionellosis issues in sensitive areas, it is vital to obtain full information regarding air cooling towers (location, number, geographic distribution…). Usual means of inspection and field surveys are generally too cumbersome for this kind of inventory. NOVELTIS fills this information gap by offering innovative solutions derived from remote sensing, which allow a quick and accurate detection and location of air cooling towers.

  • The detection of tainted areas during legionellosis episodes
  • Easy results visualisation on modern 2D/3D mapping
